After 2 months of traveling, I finally made it to the beach!!
From Lima it was an 18 hour journey to Mancora, Peru, where I stayed at a pretty fucked up but cheap hostel, right at the beach! I spent my days lying in the sun (and actually getting sunburned!), sleeping, reading and just relaxing, and the nights drinking and partying with some Swiss, German, Belgian and Irish people. Also I met some people from Peru, Ecuador and Columbia at my hostal, which improved my Spanish alot!
After 4 days of doing nothing, I eventually got bored and headed up to Guayaquil, Ecuador on the 4th of May to meet up with Andy and Alice from my hometown in Germany.
The next day, we left Guayaquil (which is actually a shithole as well!) to go to the next beach, Puerto Lopez. There we spent 4 days at the most beautiful and amazing hostal I`ve been to so far on this trip (a little more expensive, though, too), I`ll try to upload some pictures soon!
It was another four days of chillin` at the beach, reading, and eating great seafood.
Since we didn`t really do anything, there isn`t much to tell, either, just that we had a great time doing nothing, and that I took a vacation from my vacation there, enjoying having my friends with me!
